About the MAPPING maintenance contract
MAPPING SAS offers a maintenance and assistance service providing help on the use of the acquired MAPPING Suite software.
The annual maintenance fee amounts to 18% of the list price of MAPPING Suite software.
The first year of maintenance is free of charge if the maintenance contract is subscribed at the time the software is purchased.
Customers can also choose to immediately purchase a 3-year maintenance contract in which the 1st year is offered free of charge.
The maintenance fee is updated when an upgrade, another module and/or option is purchased. It is renewed by tacit agreement when due.
Subscribing to the MAPPING maintenance and assistance service enables access to the following services:
- telephone helpline at business hours providing guidance in using MAPPING Suite software purchased by the customer and installing possible software updates,
- dedicated website where customers and partners can obtain software license keys, find sales and technical information, download product documentation, report and track incidents, etc.
- software updates made available on a regular basis for MAPPING Suite software purchased by the customer.
