With over 20 years of experience in Output Management, we have developed a variety of services ranging from
software installation to product training, auditing, consulting, support, etc. in order to meet the expectations of our prospects, customers and partners.
MAPPING offers the following services:
- Auditing of the print infrastructure to identify potential issues and bottlenecks and set up a plan of action.
- Guidance during the project qualification stage (state of the art, market analysis, study of existing systems and mechanisms,
pitfalls to be avoided, best practices, project consistency, assistance in calculating your return on investment).
- Assistance in writing functional specifications in response to output management bids.
- Assistance in project management and contracting during project and validation of the deliverables.
- Project Management: Implementing a new project always requires monitoring staff, deadlines, and tasks. MAPPING carries out all the different steps in managing any new project for all its activities.
- Installation of the acquired software and licenses as well as product training including skills tranfer. The purpose of the training is to help the Customer become sufficiently acquainted with the software so they can perform all requested tasks independently.
- Operating: A series of tools is included in the software to ensure daily functional and technical operations run smoothly. In addition, MAPPING offers various services to manage and monitor the solution, print systems, pools of printers, etc.
- Technical Integration: Our technical teams take part in the integration of the selected MAPPING modules into your information system. Their mission is to implement the architecture that best fits your needs in relation with your technical staff.
- Development: Our teams of developers can write customized project-specific program routines some of which can then be included as standard in future product releases.
- Maintenance: Maintenance is performed by MAPPING teams and starts as soon as the warranty period starts for every Customer that subscribes to our software maintenance service when purchasing the required software licenses. Maintenance teams are responsible for correcting MAPPING applications so our Customers keep their systems up and running.
- Technical Support Helpdesk: MAPPING and its teams of dedicated technicians provide technical support to their Customers. MAPPING offers different levels of technical support according to the degree of product knowledge acquired by the Customer as well as the degree of involvement the Customer wishes to obtain from MAPPING. The technical support department is also in charge of delivering software activation codes.
