About the MAPPING Maintenance Agreement
Our company offers maintenance and assistance services and assists our customers in using our software.
The annual maintenance fee amounts to 18% of the list price of MAPPING Suite software.
The first year of maintenance is offered free of charge when purchased with the software.
We also offer 3-year maintenance agreements the 1st year of which also comes free of charge.
The maintenance fees are updated whenever an upgrade, another module and/or option is purchased. Maintenance is renewed automatically when due.
Subscribing to the MAPPING maintenance and assistance program enables access to the following services:
- Our Helpline provides guidance in using and troubleshooting our software either by telephone or email.
- We also provide a Support Website where customers and partners can generate software activation codes, find sales and technical information, download product documentation, and report incidents.
- Software updates are made available on a regular basis for MAPPING Suite software purchased by the customer.
- Our Knowledge Base includes pre-sales FAQ, troubleshooting information, Tips and Hints, and software release notes.
