You can set up the product in such a way that the user receives a confirmation email with the PDF attached every time one of his/her document is produced. This way, he/she can check the content before printing or simply keep the PDF, which reduces unnecessary printing. Similarly, interactive PDF forms are also supported and returns management can be automated.
