With MAPDRAW, our document template design and composition module, you can easily transform basic static documents into sophisticated graphical documents. MAPDRAW runs on Windows platforms and includes an intuitive drawing interface dedicated to the design of overlays as well as a user-friendly data mapping interface to design document layouts. MAPDRAW makes it easy to make changes and add graphics to your spool files, database files, XML files, and other files coming from ERPs, etc.
Once the templates are created on the Windows workstation, production is carried out directly on the server (Unix/Linux, iSeries/AS400 or Windows), which guarantees both high performance and a greater security.
Print formats
MAPDRAW lets you select the template page size (A4, Letter, custom, etc), set margins, select the print mode (simplex, duplex, input and output bins, color, code page Unicode, DBCS, Chinese, etc.) and more.
MAPPING handles printer languages natively in that the print streams are generated directly in the selected printer language while respecting the norm of not using any file converter or extra driver. The size of resultingspool files is minimized to reduce the strain on network bandwidth and optimize print times.

Rules engine

- apply different print settings depending on the destination printers (color, tray, PCL / PDF, etc.),
- distribute and dematerialize your documents (FAX, MAIL, WEB, ARCHIVING, etc.) ....
Do away with pre-printed forms
Design your own overlays and eliminate pre-printed forms (e.g. letterhead paper with company logo. This way, you are able create your own document templates in compliance with the company's graphical charter (fonts, logos, colors). This also makes it easy to make changes without asking for outside help.
